Today is the first day that I’ve had real doubts about leaving the UK. I had a relatively good day at work which has made me doubt whether or not I really want a clean break. Deep down I know that I need to do it. I need to put myself out my comfort zone.

In the short term, I am looking forward to moving into the new offices for work – our current building has been shabby for a long time. I also need to get in to a press up regime again. I’m pretty good at going back to the gym after an illness but getting the press up habit back proves to be difficult. I think it is because I have been going to the gym regularly for over a year now whereas I’ve only managed to do press ups every day for a month (if that). On that note, I’d better knock 10 out now…
